Frequently asked questions.

These Faq’s are here to help answer any questions you may have about our sessions. We hope this helps and you have a paw-fect session with us.

  • We announce the breeds of the week on the week of the event via Instagram stories. For weekend sessions, we announce on a Thursday and for midweek sessions, we announce on a Monday, subject to no issues. Please note, we cannot always guarantee that breeds will remain the same as, puppy welfare is always our no.1 priority ahead of all of our sessions.

  • All of our pups come from trusted breeders that we work very closely with. We run thorough background checks on all our breeders to ensure they are ethically bred and come from a caring, loving home. Our pups ages range from 8-14 weeks dependent on breed and size. So super cute, well looked after, and most importantly, ready for some cuddles!

  • We try our best to keep the puppy to person ratio as high as possible where we can. Due to litter sizes and unforeseen circumstances, this can sometimes change. We like to keep the minimum number above 6 where possible.

  • If you have more than 48 hours before your session, you can change the time or date using the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email, for location changes or emergencies, please email info@pupsyoga.co.uk. We currently do not offer refunds, which is stated in our T&C's.

  • We have a minimum age requirement of 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must be stated under the special requirements section when booking and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To be let into the session, everyone including children and accompanying adults must have their own tickets.

  • Our sessions are held across Central London and can vary dependent on studio availability. All locations are featured on our website when booking and addresses will be sent out once you have booked your session. Please always check our Instagram for any updates and new location announcements.

  • We release tickets at the beginning of the month for the following month which are announced via Instagram (Including Pups Play).

  • Please double check spam/junk mailboxes before contacting us! If you still can't find it, send an email to info@pupsyoga.co.uk with your name, email and the date, time and location you booked. From there we’ll be able to send you confirmation if it’s missing.

  • Unfortunately not all of our venues are accessible, venues which are accessible will be stated on the description of our locations when booking. Upon booking, please notify us under the special requirements section so we can make sure everything is in place ahead of your arrival. If you would like any extra information please get in touch via email at info@pupsyoga.co.uk.

  • Our professionally trained instructors can cater yoga sequences to your needs to ensure you get the full experience in a safe way. Please ensure you detail any requirements under the special requirements page upon booking.

  • Please always allow enough time to get to your session, otherwise you may not be let in once the session has begun. Our staff check for any late comers, but if you are late there is a chance you may not be let in.

  • No, you don’t need to bring anything as all equipment (including puppy toys!) is provided. We would recommend a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and try to wear comfortable clothes and minimal jewellery - the pups love to chew this!

  • Not at all! Yoga pro or complete beginner, our fabulous instructors run beginner-friendly sessions that are suitable for everyone. We also won’t be offended if you just want to play with the pups!

  • Unfortunately you can't bring along any furry friends to our sessions. We need to keep our pups safe at such a young age and respect our breeders.

  • We work with reputable breeders who have puppies for sale. For privacy reasons, we can only share breeder details during your session, so if you’re interested please don’t forget to ask! Post event, we cannot share any contact details.
